4. Your Rights and Additional Information About How We Use Your Data

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to disclose your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the Controller’s obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • a hosting provider acting under a data-processing agreement
    • authorized employees and contractors who use the data to fulfill the purpose of the website
    • providers of online chat solutions
    • companies that provide marketing services to the Administrator
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., regarding accounting). With regard marketing data, such data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request the following from the Data Controller:

    • restrictions on processing,

You have the right to object to the processing described in section 3.3(c) with respect to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller, including profiling; however, the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid, legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. A complaint regarding the Controller’s actions may be filed with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal information is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making measures may be taken with respect to you, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of the Controller conducting direct marketing.
  8. Personal data is transferred from third countries as defined by data protection regulations. This means that we transfer it outside the European Union.
